Small Group Training
At Fit Mama, we offer a variety of group training classes tailored to meet the unique needs of mums at every stage of motherhood. Our goal is to provide a safe, effective, and enjoyable workout experience. Our classes are kid-friendly, so you can bring your little ones along – there are no excuses not to train! It's a wonderful opportunity to set a great example for your children, showing them the importance of looking after their bodies from a young age. Kids are always watching and learning, and seeing you move and take care of your body sends a powerful message early on. If you're looking for a more personalised approach or have specific goals, our personal training sessions are the perfect option.

For a more personalised experience, our Personal Training sessions are tailored to your individual goals. These sessions provide one-to-one guidance and support helping you get results. So whether you have some body composition goals, strength goals, or returning to training and want some accountability, these personalised sessions will be just what you need.

Our class timetable may change based on demand, weather, and other factors. If there's a specific time or type of class you'd love to see on the schedule, please let one of our coaches know. We're always looking to accommodate your needs and preferences! Check out our social pages to see the latest timetable with our upcoming events.
We also offer special classes like yoga and other unique sessions that come up from time to time. All updates and new class announcements will be communicated through our VIP Facebook group which you will get access too when you join us.

Click the 'Book a Trial Class' button and fill in the application form. This allows our head coach, Crystal, to review your health history before you attend. She will then email you to schedule your trial session.

Yes, our classes run on a school term basis. This commitment helps you stay dedicated to your health and fitness goals.
However, after term sign ups, if you want to attend extra sessions, you can book these in as casual.

After your trial session, we will email you to book in for the term. You will receive a link to purchase your subscription for the term. We offer a number of subscriptions based on the number of classes you want to attend.
For example, if you purchase a weekly subscription for 3 classes per week, you must book into any 3 dedicated classes for that term.
For example: If you choose Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, those are the dedicated classes you are committing too. You cannot chop and change each week. Any additional classes you wish to attend can be booked as casual sessions and paid for upon booking, pending class availability.

Yes, after the term-based signups are complete, any remaining spots will be available for casual booking.
You can book these casual sessions week by week through this our booking system. Immediate payment is required to secure your spot.
We don’t accept casual bookings without the initial term commitment.

We run in term blocks so if you miss out on the term you can join our waitlist for the next term.

We still run on the school holidays but with a modified timetable. We often have events on for the kids as well so its easy for you to get your work out in. When you sign up to Fit Mama you subscription just continues year round. If you wish to pause your payments during the school holidays you will need to email hello@fitmama.com.au otherwise you can book into our school holiday classes casually through the app.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through our app.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a make-up class.

If there are any cancellations within 24 hours, a spot will open up. However, if the class remains full, you'll need to book another available session.
